Terms of Service

Chex is provided for merchants to create and manage direct checkout links, measure link performance, and configure related redirect, scheduling, and usage settings.

• provide accurate store information during installation and use
• use the app in compliance with Shopify rules and applicable law
• avoid using Chex for fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive checkout flows
• review links, discounts, schedules, and usage settings before publishing them

We aim to keep Chex available and operational, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The app may be updated, improved, or temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, infrastructure issues, or third-party service dependencies.

Merchant use of Chex is also subject to the Privacy Policy. Merchants are responsible for reviewing the policy and ensuring their own use of the app aligns with applicable law and their store practices.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chex is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the app.
